A watermill cottage displayed as part of a small scene rendered in real-time in UE4. It will form part of my ongoing watermill environment in future.
All the texturing (with the exception of the barrel and wicker basket) in the scene is done through the use of tiling materials which I created in Substance Designer.
All the textures in the scene are 1024 with the material beauty renders and breakdowns at 2048.
The height map is not used within the scene but could be used for height based vertex paint blending and POM which I was having a play with during this project.
